This HFpEF likelihood calculator has been created to provide information on the likelihood for a patient to have HFpEF. Provide all available clinical information to obtain the most accurate scores. Missing values are assumed ‘zero/normal’ for the calculations. Basic assumptions apply, particularly a normal left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Test results can easily be copied and used.

This calculator is created to provide additional information to a clinician based on existing literature (see References and Disclaimer below). The original diagnostic scores have not been modified for this calculator. Medical actions and consequences remain at the full disposal of the clinician.
